Welcome to your ongoing Alexander Technique training material for the 2021-22 training season!

Live classes will meet twice a week on Zoom from September 19th, 2021 to June 3rd, 2022. Specific days and times will be determined based on your answers to the ongoing training survey emailed on 9/14/2021.

Live classes will not meet:

November 22nd - 26th
December 20th - January 5th
March 21st - March 31st
